Hello, I’m subletting my 1 BR apartment at 320 S. Baldwin St. #315. I would like to sublease my apartment for an immediate move-in (flexible move in date), through the renewal date of 7/31/27. I AM flexible with the move-in date, but NOT flexible with the move-out date i.e. I'm looking for someone to rent the apartment for the remainder of the lease.
