House is kept clean, no pets, newer appliances, separate driveway and entrance into home. Enjoy the deck with Harbor views and in town restaurants and shopping inside of 8 miles from my location.
This is a non smoking home and my home does not have pets but love them if you are traveling with one, an exception and small fee can be added. Pleasant, easy going spot, grill on deck, and nice option to be a Three minute drive to Jasper Beach. All the joys of Downeast maine.
All appliances are fairly new, mattress new, sheets, towels, comforter, new. My kitchen essentials are there to enjoy, make a cup of coffee tea, basics to be enjoyed.
I do jot use pods, coffee pot, stove to French press, or single serve cone.
I won’t be in home at night when you are there, rather next door in my apartment/barn. More space available another bedroom with a medium sterns and foster mattress available additional cost per night but assuming you know them sharing a bathroom isn’t an issue.
