You have electric, water, sewer, wi-fi, 90 channels from your antenna, patio access, mail, trash can and privacy in Mableton. It's quiet and safe.
The pictures show an RV there for a gauge reference but it will not be there. The area is yours.
It's available approximately 11/13/26.
A long RV 40' or more (especially a pull behind) will not fit or barely fit around the corner.
Cats are allowed, dogs might be allowed.
Your black and grey tanks are to be filled and dumped as often as you wish but it can't be left as a continuous hookup (county rules).
All of the utility hookups are very close to your parking spot.

The electricity hookups are 110, 30 amp and 50 amp.
The area has laundry, many restaurants and grocery stores.
The property is mostly private with trees surrounding the area except my house.
The property is located at Landers Dr and Floyd Rd in Mableton.
It's a better option than trailer parks, no noisy neighbors, safe, mail service and closer to the city. Others who have rented loved it here.
There is a refundable deposit required which will be returned as long as your parking spot is left as you rented it.
Your vehicles must be in working order with current tags. I will need a copy of your ID, and there is a simple rental agreement to sign.
