I'm selling two adjoining burial plots in the Garden of Hope at Fort Hill Cemetery in Lynchburg, VA, Section D, Plots 3 and 4. The cemetery sells comparable plots for $3,599 each. I'm asking $2,900 each, or $5,500 for both, and I'm open to reasonable offers. The transfer goes through the cemetery: I sign a Transfer of Burial Rights Affidavit, and the buyer pays Fort Hill's transfer fee of $499 plus tax. Message me with any questions.
