Will Be Handling:
* Managing and maintaining all company marketing and advertising needs
* Managing Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, budgeting, and performance tracking
* Managing and improving Google Maps / Google Business Profile visibility
* Developing strategies to increase leads, calls, website traffic, and overall brand exposure
* Managing social media advertising, including Facebook and Instagram campaigns
* Tracking advertising performance, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend
* Creating and managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
* Coordinating advertising graphics, content, promotions, and marketing materials
* Monitoring competitors and identifying new advertising opportunities
* Managing marketing budgets and ensuring advertising dollars are being used effectively
* Maintaining organized records of campaigns, leads, advertising costs, and results
* Preparing marketing performance summaries and reports when needed
* Continuously testing and improving campaigns to generate better-quality leads at a lower cost
Requirements:
* Strong marketing and advertising experience (required)
* Strong experience with Google Ads (required)
* Strong knowledge of Google Business Profile / Google Maps optimization (required)
* Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising
* Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion tracking
* Ability to analyze advertising data and make decisions based on performance
* Knowledge of SEO and local search marketing is strongly preferred
* Strong computer and organizational skills
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented
* Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
* Able to handle the complete marketing and advertising needs of a busy, growing company
