FREE Two Mobile Homes (Shallowater)
QR Code Link to This Post
We saw a while back where someone was offering to buy older mobile homes. We are just looking for that individual/company to haul them off no payment needed. Or an individual who is serious and has the capability of the complete removal. They are currently lived in just fine, they are just older and need more repairs than we are going to have time for. They will need to be resealed in areas as there are drafts and such. Not too much for someone who has the extra time. Central hvac in one, and window units in the other. They are connected right now, so there is one kitchen combined, but can be closed back up individually and kitchen counters, sink, and such installed. One is 14x76 3/1 and the other is 14x52 2/1, they both have tongues and axles, but no wheels. Both will need to be removed at the same time. Will have contents removed when it’s time. We will have fences taken down, and the small trees by the tongue removed to pull them out. The first picture is from Google maps in December to get a better idea without all of the greenery. Located between Lubbock and Shallowater. They will need to be removed completely on the week of October 5th.
