I have for rent a 24ft & a 32ft furnished travel trailer. They each rent for $500.00 a month plus $300.00 deposit. Water, septic and dumpster are included in the monthly rent. Tenant would be required to open their electricity with South Plains Electric Coop. They have a bed, refrigerator, kitchen area w/electric stove, sink, microwave and bathroom w/sink and shower. They also have a central AC. My small RV park is located 2 miles south of the Lubbock city limits/1 mile west of Lubbock Cooper High School on Woodrow Road. We have a ---STORM SHELTER--- on site.
