DEMOLITION Team Leader- APPLY IN PERSON
We are looking to hire a Demolition Team Leader that has experience working in residential homes and leading a crew. Our search is for dependable, hardworking candidates who aren’t afraid to get dirty. This is a Team Leader position, not a watch the team work position. The candidate should be experienced in all aspects of residential demolition including but not limited to setting protection, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, basements, siding, chimneys, decks, mechanical removal, all while working in an occupied house. You will provide mentorship and training for less experienced workers. MUST HAVE A VALID RRP Certificate, driver’s license with a good record for the last 4 years and experience driving a dump truck. Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card within one month of hire. Bi-lingual English/ Spanish a plus, not required.

$24- $26/hr. based on experience. This is a full-time, year-round position. There is bonus potential and we offer dental, & health insurance benefits as well as holidays and vacation pay. We also pay travel time to and from the job sites
