Based in Boulder, Colorado, Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric has proudly served our community since 1982. As we continue to grow our insulation division, we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Insulation Sales Representative to join our team!
What You’ll Do
As an Insulation Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners in their homes to identify opportunities to improve comfort, energy efficiency, and overall home performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting in-home consultations and evaluating insulation needs
• Educating homeowners on insulation options, energy efficiency, and comfort improvements
• Inspecting attics and identifying areas where insulation or air sealing may be needed
• Preparing accurate estimates and presenting multiple options to customers
• Building trust and providing an exceptional customer experience
• Following up with customers and closing sales
• Maintaining detailed customer notes and job information
• Working closely with our installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation
• Meeting individual and team sales goals
• Representing Precision professionally in every customer interaction
What We’re Looking For
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Experience in Sales- Insulation Experience is a Plus
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable presenting solutions and asking for the sale
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn insulation products, installation processes, and home-performance concepts
