You get what you pay for...It does count steps and monitor your heart rate, oxygen levels, weather. That's all I used if for. I got it to work with my Android Moto Edge phone to receive and answer calls-did ok. The QR code will download the Gloryfit (definitely a Chinese co.) app which works well. It will also work with iOS9+. It has all sorts of other features like sleep, menstrual cycle, blood pressure (doubt the accuracy so I use a cuff like some hospitals), different exercise modes, music control of your phone (useful), alarm clock (useful for timing exercise). Widgets: stopwatch, timer, phone controls like flashlight, camera and has a calculator. The display only stays on for 10 seconds and will display with an arm movement or button press. Comes with the owners manual (don't lose it!) and the charging cable. In brand new condition, works well and the Gloryfit app is easy to use. I ended up popping for the Amazon Amazefit for about $150 but this is a great starter watch, has customizable home screen (like the flaming skull). Works well for what I needed it for until I needed more.
