Purchased new...Mom used for just a few months and loved it until she passed. Easy to set up with either your loved ones PICTURES or NAMES. All your Mom or Dad have to do is pick up the receiver and push the button they want to call. It automatically dials you back as well. Large number push buttons for person to also dial someone not on their direct dial buttons. I loved that Mom could call me easily without being frustrated. Selling for 1/2 what I paid last year. I didn't purchase the second telephone because this sat nicely by her easy chair. Like new and still in box if you want to gift to your loved one now.
