Job Summary
Galaxy Global International LLC is looking for a responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse and logistics team. The ideal candidate should be physically capable of handling warehouse duties, comfortable working in a cold storage environment, and able to communicate in both English and Chinese. Forklift operation experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Locate, pick, inspect, and pack products accurately for shipment.
Update inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
Load, unload, move, organize, and properly store products in the warehouse.
Assist with receiving, stocking, and preparing products for customer orders.
Work in refrigerated/cold storage areas as needed to pick and organize products.
Learn and follow warehouse management procedures, safety requirements, and logistics processes.
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently for warehouse operations.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
Follow company procedures and instructions to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must have valid authorization to work in the United States and a valid tax-reporting status.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Able to communicate effectively in english for daily work-related communication.
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and work ethic.
Willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Able to work in cold storage/freezer areas when required.
Physically able to lift, carry, bend, stand, and move products as required by the job.
Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Forklift operating experience/certification required.
Ability to follow safety procedures and warehouse instructions.
Team-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn.
Work Environment
This position requires regular physical warehouse activities, including lifting, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods. The employee may be required to work in refrigerated and cold storage areas.
