What You'll Be Doing
• Receive, store, organize, and distribute products throughout the warehouse.
• Pick customer orders using an RF scanner according to established productivity and accuracy standards.
• Pack and fulfill orders accurately, ensuring products are properly packaged and free of errors.
• Verify product information and apply correct SKU numbers and shipping labels.
• Record product details such as weight, dimensions, size, and color when required.
• Prepare completed orders for shipment.
• Shrink-wrap and palletize products for organized and secure shipping.
• Load and unload products and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control.
• Follow established quality control procedures, including processes for damaged or defective goods.
• Use WMS software and other warehouse systems as required.
• Meet daily and/or hourly picking and packing productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Work effectively with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience picking orders using an RF scanner.
• Familiarity with WMS software.
• Experience with order packing, fulfillment, and shipping procedures.
• Ability to consistently meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Ability to accurately identify and verify SKU numbers and product information.
• Experience with loading, unloading, palletizing, and/or shrink wrapping is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Must be flexible and available for overtime during the week, weekends, and holidays as needed.
