Hey there, I'm currently renting a large art studio in the fashion district and in search of a studio-mate who'd want to split the space. The unit is part of a building filled with artists, designers, tattoo artists, etc.
I'm a documentary filmmaker and I use the space to edit. There's also a smaller room connected to the space with a wood shop if that's of interest.
Ideally I'm looking for another filmmaker to rent the spot. The previous tenant was an editor—we'd collaborate and throw each other work we couldn't take which was helpful. That said, happy to bring on anyone who's professional about their craft/work.
Rent is $700/m, so split would be $350. Wifi is $60/m—$30 per person. Utilities are free.
There's a ton of food and energy all around the fashion district. The building is across the street from AGBO, Cognoscenti Coffee, and Skyduster. There's quite a bit of street parking as well.
