Made in Southwest Germany (Marpingen) about 1830.
The unit can be easily assembled and disassembled
I bought it in Germany in 2001 for about $4,000, and shipped it to the US in a 4ft. tall crate
All hand crafted. see the fine workmanship in the photos.
