Package your own cider, mead, kombucha, juice, or beer without a
commercial packaging room. This is a complete small-batch bottling
and canning line that plugs into a standard household outlet.
No three-phase. No electrician. No dedicated building. It rolls on
casters and stores against a wall when you're done.
DK Advanced MicroBottler. American-made in Fort Edward, NY. The
manufacturer is still in business and still supports the machine.
WHAT IT DOES
Counter-pressure filling, so it handles anything carbonated -
hard cider, sparkling mead, kombucha, seltzer, beer, cold brew,
soda. Works equally well for still products.
Fills BOTH bottles and cans. Changeover takes under an hour, so
you can run bottles for the tasting room and cans for farmers
market out of the same machine.
Throughput runs roughly 6 to 12 cans per minute, or 8 to 12
bottles per minute depending on carbonation level. That's a few
hundred units in an afternoon - right in the range for orchard,
apiary, or small-farm production.
