Frontrow is seeking a detail-oriented, energetic Full-Time Shipping Associate to join our team. In this fast-paced warehouse environment, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are accurately packed, processed, and shipped out to our customers on time.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders with a high level of precision and efficiency.
Inventory Handling: Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for quality or damage, and stock inventory correctly within the warehouse.
Shipping: Prepare packages for dispatch.
General Warehouse Duties: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; assist with periodic cycle counts; and perform other miscellaneous warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements & Physical Demands
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in verifying order contents, shipping labels, and inventory counts.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.
Heavy Lifting: Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull boxes weighing 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
Reliability: A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
