I am trying to see if I can sell this couch. This couch is an L shape that splits into 2 pieces. Unfortunately there is heat damage from sunlight which made the faux leather crack in on the frame of the couch and on some of the cushions (hence the black covers). I intended to eventually have black covers over the entire couch, but I am deciding to just get rid of it.

If you need a mildly used couch that needs either reuphostering or a couch cover, this is for you.

Must be picked up in an elevator building.
