Remote Voice-Based Conversation Role (Evenings / Work from Home)

We are currently hiring for a remote, voice-based position for individuals with strong communication skills and engaging personalities.

In this role, you will have one-on-one phone conversations with callers from around the country. The focus is on maintaining natural, engaging conversations and creating a positive experience for the caller.

This is not a sales position and does not involve scripts — your ability to connect and communicate is what matters most.

Compensation:
Up to $0.55 per minute of talk time + tips
Weekly pay (direct deposit available)

Position Details:
This is an independent contractor position with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:
- Engage in one-on-one phone conversations
- Maintain a friendly and conversational tone
- Keep callers engaged and interested

Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Reliable evening availability (approx. 5pm–12am EST)
- Clear speaking voice and strong communication skills
- Dependable and consistent

Conversations may be playful and occasionally adult-themed, so applicants should be open-minded and comfortable in that environment.

No prior experience required.
