We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and flexible team member who can support the kitchen wherever needed. This position combines food preparation, line cooking, dishwashing, and kitchen cleanliness.
PREP COOK‼️‼️
* Prepare ingredients and food before service
* Wash, cut, portion, season, label, and properly store food
* Make sure the Chef’s station is fully stocked and ready
* Monitor prep levels and communicate what needs to be restocked
LINE COOK‼️‼️
* Assist the Chef during service
* Cook and assemble orders according to kitchen standards
* Keep up with tickets during busy periods
* Restock the line throughout service
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation
DISHWASHER / KITCHEN CLEANING‼️‼️
* Wash, sanitize, dry, and properly store dishes and cookware
* Keep the dish area clean and organized
* Wipe and sanitize work surfaces and equipment
* Sweep, mop, remove trash, and maintain kitchen cleanliness
* Complete closing cleaning duties
* Must clean know how to clean stoves and deep fryers
* Must keep kitchen organized at all times
* Must know how to repeat the same tasked daily and go an extra mile for the kitchen/team if needed
* Must follow daily check listed provided by Chef/Team Lead and sign off checklist every night
* Must know how to work under pressure and follow strict instructions
REQUIREMENTS
* Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
* Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Must be able to read and speak English
* Must have a valid Food Handler Card
* Must provide valid identification
* Must be able to speak and read English
This is a hands-on position. Team members must be willing to prep, cook, wash dishes, clean, and assist wherever the kitchen needs support.
