We're a growing residential and commercial roofing company looking for an experienced, reliable, and self-motivated Part-Time Project Manager to oversee roofing projects throughout Los Angeles County.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise roofing crews and monitor jobsite progress.
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and supplier deliveries.
- Conduct roof inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
- Communicate with customers and resolve jobsite issues.
- Assist with estimates, sales, and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Roofing and construction industry experience required.
- Must have your own truck, ladder, and tools.
- Experience supervising crews and managing roofing projects.
- Knowledge of shingle, tile, and flat roofing systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred).
- Experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor
- Experience ordering materials from roofing suppliers.
- Roofing sales and estimating experience.
- Familiarity with JobNimbus or similar project management software.
