We looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented part-time barback to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in the bar industry and learn how a busy craft beer and cocktail bar operates.
Please note: This is a barback position, NOT a bartender position. The primary responsibility is supporting our bartenders and keeping the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly during busy shifts.
Job Responsibilities
Retrieve and wash glassware and keep the bar stocked.
Restock beer, liquor, mixers, ice, and other bar supplies.
Clean bar surfaces, equipment, and work areas.
Batch cocktails and assist with basic drink preparation.
Clean up spills and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Assist bartenders throughout the shift to keep service running efficiently.
Help customers when needed and provide friendly customer service.
Perform other bar support duties as needed.
Requirements
Must be available to work weekends.
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50+ pounds.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
Able to stay focused, organized, and attentive to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
Willing to take direction, stay busy, and help wherever needed.
Previous bar experience is a plus, but not required.
