We are seeking a reliable and experienced painter to paint apartment units during turnovers.
Compensation
Studio & 1-Bedroom Units: $550 per unit
2-Bedroom Units: $650 per unit
We Provide:
All paint and painting materials
You Provide:
Brushes
Rollers
Ladders
Drop cloths and any other necessary painting tools
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can complete units efficiently and professionally. If you do quality work, we have a steady pipeline of units and can provide ongoing opportunities.
