MUST have previous manufacturing experience or experience operating power tools
OVERTIME OFFERED (Must be available for over time, 8- 12 hr. shifts),Weekends required as needed, potential for monthly bonuses!
General Responsibilities:
- Follow workplace safety standards and use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Operate heavy machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines.
- Report equipment faults, defects, or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong understanding of electrical principles (for winding tasks).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Use of power tools and manufacturing equipment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift heavy materials (as required), up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in industrial environments with exposure to heat, chemicals, noise, and machinery.
Requirements:
- Previous Manufacturing experience.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of safety protocols.
- Must know how to use a tape measure
- MUST have manufacturing experience.
