SERVERS
• Provide warm, attentive service and help create a welcoming dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and work closely with the kitchen and service team.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Japanese food and sake is a plus.
RESTAURANT MANAGER
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the service team.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Previous restaurant management experience and strong communication skills are required.
• Experience with Japanese cuisine is a plus.
