Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Person for properties located in Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley. Must have own tools, reliable transportation, valid CA Driver's License, proof of auto insurance, ability to read, interpret and understand work orders in English and proof of legal right to work in the United States.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform general maintenance for building including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair and replacement, minor plaster/paint repair, hardware, minor carpentry, fence repair, and special projects, etc.;
The company will be conducting background check and 2 years minimum experience is required.
