MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Strategic Growth Real Estate is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our residential portfolio.
This is not strictly an office or supervisory position. The Maintenance Supervisor will work in the field, perform repairs, inspect properties, supervise maintenance technicians and vendors, and drive between properties throughout the Los Angeles area.
The ideal candidate must have property management maintenance experience and be proficient in AppFolio, including work orders, billing, invoices, and repair documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise maintenance technicians, contractors, and vendors
• Perform hands-on repairs, including plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance
• Diagnose maintenance problems and determine the best repair solution
• Assign, monitor, and follow up on work orders
• Use AppFolio to manage work orders, billing,
