Plastic bag manufacturing company is looking for responsible, hardworking employees to join our production team.
This is an active job. During your shift, you will be walking and moving between machines and production areas. The job does not consist only of standing at a table packing bags.
Responsibilities:
- Pack plastic bags into boxes.
- Inspect product quality while packing.
- Walk and move between machines and production areas.
- Move boxes and materials as needed.
- Assist with order changes and simple machine adjustments.
- Keep your machine and work area clean.
- Work as a team and follow instructions from the Shift Lead.
- Learn different machines and production tasks.
No experience required. Training is provided.
The job may involve using tools and equipment such as wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, pallet jacks, electric forklifts, air valves, and pumps. Training will be provided when necessary.
Requirements:
- Responsible and punctual.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willing to learn and perform different tasks.
- Able to walk, stand, and move throughout the shift.
- Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work in a noisy environment.
- Must use required safety equipment.
- Must follow all safety, quality, and food-packaging GMP rules.
