A large room, furnished with queen bed, nightstands, bookshelf. Rent is $695, + $75 utilities/WiFi, with $600 deposit.
Share the house: With 2 others - a female tour guide/writer, and an engineer. We are easy to get along with, cheerful, positive, will respect your space. I work from home quite a bit, so I'm really looking for someone who has regular business or study outside of the house during the week. And there's cats. They don't go in the bedrooms, but it's important you like cats!

Is bright, airy and charming! The common areas are furnished with a classical Asian influence. Hardwood floors, coved ceilings, kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast nook, formal dining room, washer, dryer, dishwasher, free street parking. 1600sf, 1 1/2 bathrooms. Front patio has ample seating and sunlight. Inclusive, peaceful environment. No smoking or additional cats or dogs. House is 2 blocks from groceries, gym, stores, Church. Also close to Jefferson Metro Rail and Wholefoods Market.

WLA by Beverlywood border -- just by the Culver City Arts District and Kaiser Permanente, minutes to anywhere on the Westside (Beverly Hills, Century City, Westwood, West Hollywood, Culver City, WLA, Santa Monica). Near the 10 fwy at La Cienega, and Jefferson/La Cienega Metrorail. Not far to the 405, Sony Studios, UCLA, Loyola, LAX.
