Large, comfortable brown modular sectional sofa set with matching ottoman. Lots of seating and the individual sections can be separated/reconfigured.

In good used condition with normal wear, creasing and a few cosmetic marks from use. No major structural issues that I'm aware of. Please see photos for condition.

3-seat section: 104"W × 40"D × 35"H

2-seat section: 56"W × 36"D × 35"H

Chaise/lounge section: 67"W × 39"D × 35"H

Ottoman: 33"W × 33"D × 18"H

Approx. overall length when configured together: 135"

This is a large and bulky sectional, so please measure your space before committing.

PICKUP DETAILS:
Pickup only in West Los Angeles near Santa Monica Blvd and Westwood Blvd. The apartment is on the second floor with NO elevator, so all pieces must be carried down one flight of stairs.

Buyer is responsible for:

Carrying all pieces downstairs
Providing enough help to safely move the sectional
Loading the furniture
Bringing an appropriately sized truck, van, or other vehicle

I'm replacing it with another sectional and need this one gone soon, so I've priced it accordingly.
