Physical ability: Able to stand or walk for long shifts and lift at least 50 pounds
Time management: Able to balance multiple responsibilities, on time for shifts, and handle a consistently large work load
Communication: Able to coordinate with other kitchen staff
Sanitation: Familiar with food safety and sanitation policies
Positive attitude: Have a strong work ethic and be passionate about cleanliness and organization
Schedule: Must have weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning and restocking all cookware, pans, trays, utensils, glassware.
Emptying, restocking, and cleaning trash receptacles.
Sweeping, scrubbing, mopping floors.
Unloading deliveries.
Stocking supplies.
Cleaning Restrooms.
Helping other restaurant staff members as requested.
