Seeking someone highly experienced in VINTAGE design (1900- 1960) to help make my 1919 Colonial Revival 3BR house in Los Feliz move-in ready ASAP. Many of the furnishings, wallpapers, lighting fixtures are already in place. What's needed now is:
- Sourcing the missing items (most of them large pieces).
- Designing and installing window treatments
- Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors
- Suggesting finishing touches
Will consider a flat-rate proposal after the scope & timeframe is thoroughly considered.
MUST HAVE knowledge of local vendors and fabricators.
