Handyman needed for a property management company. (28 Properties)
Locations: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM
Duties:
1. Perform general maintenance repairs throughout different apartment units.
2. Complete work orders and resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
3. Occasionally call DWP to set up accounts for tenants.
4. Follow all property safety procedures and applicable building codes.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in apartment/residential maintenance preferred.
2. Must have a pick up truck and be comfortable driving to different locations.
3. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
4. Strong knowledge of general handyman skills and building maintenance.
5. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
6. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
7. Able to lift, carry, bend, and perform physical maintenance tasks.
Compensation: $30-$35 per hour depending on experience.
