About the Opportunity

DataForce is seeking a motivated Field Recruiter / Participant Referral Partner to help identify and refer individuals who may qualify for an onsite research study in Los Angeles.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong local connections, community outreach experience, or access to relevant online communities and support groups.

Responsibilities

• Identify and refer individuals who may meet the study's priority eligibility criteria.
• Share approved study information and referral links through personal networks, community groups, social media, and support organizations.
• Build relationships with local community contacts who can help spread the word about the study.
• Conduct online and local outreach to connect with potential participants in the Los Angeles area.
• Communicate basic study details, including its purpose, location, time commitment, and compensation.
• Direct interested individuals to the official registration page for eligibility screening by the DataForce project team.
• Track referrals and provide updates on outreach activities and recruitment progress.
• Adjust outreach strategies based on project needs and participant recruitment priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in field recruiting, community outreach, participant recruitment, referral sourcing, or a related field is preferred.
• Existing connections with relevant individuals, organizations, community groups, or support networks are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the Los Angeles community and local networks is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as a freelancer or independent contractor.
• Comfortable using social media and online communication platforms for outreach.
• Willingness to travel locally for occasional outreach activities, if needed.
