Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring an experienced Security Officer for a professional commercial mid-rise building on San Vicente Blvd. in Brentwood.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their appearance, carries themselves with confidence, and knows how to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.
You'll interact daily with business professionals, executives, visitors, and property management. We need someone who is sharp, approachable, observant, and comfortable taking initiative.
Schedule & Benefits
Monday–Friday | 2 PM–10 PM
$20–$22/hour, depending on experience
40 hours per week | Weekends OFF

*Active California Guard Card – Required
*Mid-rise or high-rise security experience – Required
*Clean-cut, polished, and professional appearance
*Outstanding customer service and communication skills
*Confident, composed, and able to handle strong personalities
*Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
*Dependable, punctual, and accountable
*Reliable transportation to Brentwood
What You'll Do
*Greet and assist tenants, executives, and visitors
*Maintain a visible, professional security presence
*Monitor access, CCTV, and building activity
*Conduct patrols and respond to incidents
*Communicate professionally with management and tenants
*Complete accurate reports
