Experienced Infant Nanny Wanted – Live-In or Live-Out (West Los Angeles)
I’m a single mother by choice looking for a wonderful, experienced nanny to help care for my sweet 2-month-old son in our home in West Los Angeles (Holmby Hills area, great neighborhood!)
I’m open to either a full-time live-in nanny or someone who lives nearby and can provide a combination of daytime and nighttime care.
For the right live-in candidate, I have a private, separate guest house available. Compensation would be structured differently for live-in versus live-out arrangements, depending on the schedule, experience, and responsibilities.
What I’m looking for:
* Extensive hands-on experience caring for newborns and young infants, with excellent references.
* A naturally calm, peaceful, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
* Someone who understands infant sleep, feeding, soothing, and developmental needs.
* Experience providing overnight infant care, as nighttime support will be needed until my son is sleeping consistently through the night.
* Flexibility to provide some daytime assistance as well.
* Someone who is attentive, reliable, gentle, and comfortable following an established routine.
* Comfortable around two small, very sweet, friendly dogs that may needs walks
* Infant CPR/first-aid certification preferred.
* Non-smoker.
About our home:
We have a peaceful, loving household, and I value a calm environment for my son. I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for babies and brings a warm, grounded, reassuring presence into our home.
My goal is to find someone who feels like a wonderful fit for our family, ideally for a long-term arrangement.
