Häsi Bread is an artisan sourdough bakery on Centinela in Mar Vista. We mill organic heirloom grains in-house on an Austrian stone mill, use zero commercial yeast, and bake some of the most unique bread in LA. You'll find us at farmers markets all over the city and at every Erewhon location. We're a tight-knit, hardworking team that takes pride in the craft.
THE ROLE:
This is a dishwashing and general cleaning position, with bread packing as needed.
Dishwashing: fast, thorough, and consistent through a busy production shift
General cleaning: floors, drains, sinks, walls, equipment exteriors, trash and recycling, restrooms, and keeping the back of house orderly all shift — not just at close
Bread packaging for wholesale and farmers market orders
Closing tasks and end-of-night breakdown
