We are a fast-paced creative studio dedicated to delivering high-quality, high-visibility work for our clients. Because our projects require exact execution, accuracy and reliability are foundational to how we operate. We work as a tight, collaborative team where everyone takes real responsibility. We are looking for a partner who takes full ownership of their role, catches small issues before they affect a project, and keeps our daily operations running smoothly.
The Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive Studio Assistant who enjoys bringing order to moving pieces and managing complex logistical details. This role is built for a forward-thinker—someone who naturally looks a few steps ahead to keep projects on track and anticipates operational needs. If you take pride in carefully verifying your work, value clear communication, and love ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, you will thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
External Communication Support: Act as a professional liaison for external partners and outreach channels, ensuring clear, coordinated, and accurate delivery of studio information.
Spreadsheet & Project Tracking: Manage and update detailed tracking spreadsheets to maintain clear visibility on various active studio projects.
Presentation Preparation: Assist in building and formatting clear, visually cohesive slide presentations for internal and client use.
Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day clerical workflows, data entry, and file organization with consistent, high-quality execution.
Operational Accountability: Maintain flawless personal administrative compliance, including precise internal time-tracking and scheduling logs.
Required Skills & Experience
Google Workspace: Strong proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Creative Tools: Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Communication: Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
Background: A background in Art, Design, or Communications is a great match, though a specific degree isn't required.
This Role is a Great Match If You Are:
Naturally Precise: You consistently notice formatting inconsistencies, typos, and minor oversights that others overlook.
Methodical: You prefer verifying facts and clarifying instructions rather than making assumptions.
Conscientious: You take pride in managing your own administrative tasks perfectly so leadership never has to double-check routine work.
Schedule:
This is hybrid/remote/in person. You must have your own transportation, as some field work is required.
Our studio is open M-F 8 am- 8 pm. A starting schedule might be 10am-2pm but could change over time depending on the studio's workflow.
How to Apply
Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter.
To help us get to know your working style and attention to detail, please answer the following question in your cover letter:
Tell us about a time in a past job or project when catching a small, easily overlooked detail prevented a larger issue or mistake. What is your personal routine or habit for double-checking your work before you consider it complete?
