This hands-on role supports day-to-day content production across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and events—from brainstorming and filming to editing, styling, and keeping
the creative workspace organized. It is a strong opportunity for a student or early-career creative seeking
consistent part-time experience in social media and influencer content.
Key Responsibilities:
Film polished short-form content using an iPhone for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other social
channels.
Pitch content concepts, trend-driven ideas, hooks, shot lists, and practical ways to strengthen content
strategy.
Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar software, including cuts, captions, audio, transitions, and basic
color adjustments.
Create and update social graphics, mood boards, presentations, and other visual materials in Canva.
Assist with photo and video shoots, including setup, lighting support, product organization, behind-the-scenes
filming, and breakdown.
Support fashion styling by organizing clothing and accessories, preparing looks, steaming garments, and
tracking items before and after shoots.
Attend beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and brand events to capture timely, high-quality content.
Pick up packages and supplies; assist with unboxings, product inventory, returns, and organizing gifted or
sponsored items.
Maintain an organized digital content library, including footage, drafts, photos, brand assets, and project files.
Help keep the office and content-creation areas clean, organized, and shoot-ready.
Provide general creative and administrative support as needed while handling private information
professionally.
Qualifications:
Comfortable filming people with an iPhone and giving clear, confident creative direction.
Working knowledge of CapCut and Canva; experience with additional video or photo-editing tools is a plus.
Strong awareness of current social media trends, platform styles, and fashion/beauty content.
Creative eye for composition, lighting, styling, pacing, and visual storytelling.
Organized, proactive, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working independently, accepting feedback, and adapting quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Professional communication skills and discretion when handling unreleased content, brand information, and
personal matters.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for pickups, shoots, and events.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and assist with moving light shoot equipment, packages, and
wardrobe items.
Prior content creation, influencer support, photography, videography, fashion styling, or social media
experience is preferred; a portfolio or sample work is strongly encouraged.
Schedule & Training
This is an on-site, part-time position averaging 20–30 hours per week. The schedule is flexible and can work well for students or candidates balancing other part-time commitments. Availability may occasionally include evenings or weekends for shoots and events. The selected candidate will complete a two-week onboarding and training period to learn workflows, expectations, brand voice, and content standards.
Compensation:
$22–$27 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated creative skills.
