Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, photographs, and project documentation.
Coordinate inspections and ensure work meets applicable building codes and safety requirements.
Assist with material purchasing, receiving, and verifying deliveries.

We are particularly interested in someone who:
Has successfully supervised commercial tenant improvements, retail build-outs, or residential remodels.
Understands construction beyond a single trade and can coordinate a project from demolition through final completion.
Takes initiative, anticipates problems, and offers practical solutions.
Can confidently direct subcontractors and hold crews accountable for quality and deadlines.
Is organized, dependable, and capable of working independently without constant oversight.
