A busy, established restaurant/bar on the West Side is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / AGM to join the management team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of management experience in a moderate- to high-volume, full-service restaurant
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service
Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working in a high-volume operation
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000/year, based on experience
