The warm tan leather has developed a beautiful patina, with natural color variation and visible signs of use. There is a water ring on the right seat cushion, along with some darker areas and other cosmetic marks, all shown in the close-up photos. No rips or tears, and no known structural issues.
The sofa has been thoroughly cleaned and conditioned. The leather looks rich and feels great, while retaining its natural character.
