This is a perfectly working HP Express Card Digital/Analog TV tuner with analog (S-Video, or yellow composite video + red & white stereo audio) capture (digitization). If you have an Express Card slot on your PC, this card still works well to digitize analog video signals (for example, if you want to digitize your old analog VHS, Video-8, or Hi-8 tapes and convert them to MP4 video files). It works with Windows 7 & Windows 10, and maybe earlier Windows OS's.
