We are seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate **Personal Care Attendants (PCAs)** to provide in-home support to a client in Arlington. If you are passionate about helping others maintain their independence and dignity, we want to hear from you!
Case is open as long as patient continues to meet eligibility for Medicaid/change in status
### Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
* Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
* Perform light housekeeping and laundry
* Provide medication reminders
* Accompany clients to appointments and errands when required
* Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
* Offer companionship while promoting client safety and independence
### Qualifications:
* PCA, CNA. HHA
* Previous caregiving experience is a plus
* Compassionate, reliable, and professional
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
* Ability to pass a background check
