I'm looking for an affordable studio, small apartment, guesthouse, ADU, or similar private living space to sublet. I'm flexible with location and open to different areas as long as the monthly rent is $850 or less.
I'm a 36-year-old male, responsible, respectful, clean, and easygoing. I work and maintain a fairly independent lifestyle. I'm looking for a comfortable, quiet place with some privacy.
I have a small senior dog, so a dog-friendly arrangement is important.
I'm open to furnished or unfurnished spaces and flexible regarding temporary or longer-term arrangements.
