I'm looking to rent a room in the San Fernando valley. I do work full-time mon-fri 7a-5p. I can show proof of income or whatever it is you need. I know how to give space and keep peace. I also know that sometimes people dont want to be bothered, Im OK with that. Respect goes a long way. Im not the type to offend people and if so I can be the man of my word and apologize. I understand that sometimes people take things the wrong way, as grown up we should be able to talk about those things.
