Hello, looking to rent out a room in Hermiston or nearby, ideally I am looking to pay between 400 and 650 depending on the room, I understand for the price range I am am not going to get a Master Bedroom and a private bathroom but please let me know what you have available.
I am still trying to recover from surgery a bit and am in a pivotal stage, looking for a place I can stay for 3-5 months, possibly longer, I have no issues paying a couple months in advance or providing proof I can get rent paid each month. I am a reliable and quiet person, no drugs or alcohol.
