I'm an experienced, hands-on manager looking for an interesting opportunity where I can put my skills to work and make a real difference.
Over the course of my career, I've managed facilities, teams, vendors, logistics, inventory, technical operations, customer service, and business processes. I've worked in demanding technical environments, managed multiple facilities, supported large-scale operations, and built businesses of my own.
WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE
- Operations Management: Experience overseeing multiple facilities, coordinating daily operations, managing resources, and keeping things running smoothly.
- Technical Leadership: Background managing technical support operations, infrastructure, service teams, and complex troubleshooting.
- People & Vendor Management: Experience coordinating staff, outside contractors, vendors, and customer relationships.
- Logistics & Inventory: Experience with warehouses, inventory control, shipping, equipment, repairs, and operational organization.
- Business Ownership: Founded and operated Parsons Family Birds, established in 2016, and TextaHelper, launched in January 2025.
- Customer Service: Strong focus on communication, reliability, solving problems, and following through on commitments.
- Hands-On Problem Solving: Comfortable rolling up my sleeves, figuring out what needs to be done, and taking responsibility for results.
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
I'm open to an interesting position with a company, small business, property operation, or private employer that needs an experienced, capable person who can wear multiple hats.
