Looking for a studio for my mom (brentwood / oakley)

I'm looking to rent a studio for my mom anywhere in the Bay Area or up to a one-hour drive outside of it. My mom's name is Kathy, she is 61 and a very nice woman. She will not have guests. She does not drink, do drugs, or smoke. She's usually out and about. I can afford up to $1200 a month. I have a strong work history and can sign a year-long lease. Looking to get a place ASAP.
