Hello, I’m in a very hard position of finding housing for myself and two kids. I left a very bad relationship and just got a job recently that will be starting soon. I’ve never had to rent before so I don’t have references other than a friend who I stayed with temporarily and my credit isn’t the best. My income is only about $2600 monthly. I can’t find anywhere that will accept me due to income or credit. And most people don’t want a roommate with kids.
If you have anything I’m open to almost anything right now. Studio-3bedroom also open to a roommate situation as long as the bedroom is big enough or if it’s 2 bedrooms. Open to Los Alamos, Espanola, Pojoaque, Santa Fe area.
No drugs, no pets, clean and respectful and so are my children.
